Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 6 November 2025
1.1 These regulations are established by Losget Academy to ensure the lawful, safe, and dignified participation of all individual volunteers within the framework of the Art Ark 500 Program.
1.2 The provisions apply to all registered volunteers, including those providing remote services, unless otherwise specified.
2.1 All volunteer participation shall be strictly voluntary, free from coercion, and based on informed consent.
2.2 Volunteers shall be treated with full respect, equality, and dignity regardless of age, gender, nationality, or any other status.
2.3 Any activity that may cause physical, psychological, or reputational harm to volunteers is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Master Members receiving volunteer services must respect the free will of volunteers and shall not intimidate, insult, or compel them in any manner.
3.2 Any form of harassment, abuse, violence, intimidation, insult, false accusation, or entrapment against volunteers is subject to zero tolerance. Once verified, the responsible Master Member’s status shall be terminated immediately, and Losget Academy reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities and to pursue remedies available under applicable law.
4.1 The duration of volunteer service shall be limited as follows:
a. Minor volunteers may not serve for more than 2 hours per day.
b. Adult volunteers may not serve for more than 4 hours per day.
4.2 Breaks and rest intervals must be reasonably arranged to ensure the volunteer’s health and well-being.
5.1 Master Members shall comply with anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, and workplace safety standards when working with volunteers.
5.2 When photographing or filming personal work sessions that include volunteers, the Master Member must obtain the volunteer’s prior written consent for any identifiable appearance.
5.3 For life-modeling sessions, both parties shall agree in advance on clothing or coverage requirements, permissible poses, and rest intervals; these terms must be confirmed before the session begins. Regardless of any individual’s consent, it is prohibited to photograph or film a volunteer serving as a nude life model, and it is prohibited to permit persons not involved in the artistic process to enter the studio during any period of nude modeling. If such circumstances occur, the volunteer shall report the matter to Losget Academy immediately. Upon verification, the Academy shall permanently revoke the involved Master Member’s eligibility to receive volunteer life-model services.
5.4 Minors shall not serve as life models.
5.5 Any participation of minor volunteers in other forms of service requires prior written consent from the legal guardian and may proceed only in compliance with all applicable child-protection laws and regulations.
5.6 The Master Member receiving the service is responsible for ensuring such compliance.
6.1 The working environment shall be safe and free from foreseeable hazards.
6.2 Volunteers shall not be required to perform physically dangerous or morally inappropriate tasks.
6.3 Reasonable access to water, rest facilities, and communication shall be ensured during the period of service.
7.1 No volunteer shall be denied participation or treated unfairly based on gender, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or any other non-relevant factor.
7.2 Assignments shall be matched to individual capability and consent.
8.1 Risk-Based Intervention: Losget Academy Headquarters may suspend, modify, or terminate any volunteer engagement upon its own assessment or upon credible reports indicating safety, ethics, or compliance risks.
8.2 Conditional Emergency Stop: A session may be halted before completion only where there exist credible and objective grounds indicating an immediate threat to the health, safety, or dignity of any participant. The decision to stop must be made in good faith, reported promptly to Losget Academy, and supported by factual circumstances that justify the interruption.
8.3 Task Scope: Master Members shall assign volunteers only to auxiliary or replaceable tasks and shall not impose any condition or expectation that would prevent a volunteer from pausing or withdrawing safely.
9.1 Any volunteer may file a complaint directly to Losget Academy Headquarters at aa500@losget.org if experiencing or witnessing misconduct, abuse, or unsafe conditions.
9.2 Reports shall be handled confidentially and investigated impartially. Retaliation against complainants is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Violation of these regulations by any Master Member or affiliate shall result in immediate investigation and, if substantiated, termination of the Master Member’s status from all Academy programs.
10.2 Losget Academy reserves the right to amend these provisions as necessary to align with international labor and volunteer protection standards.
