Invitation Letter Guidance

1. Issuance of Invitations

1.1 Upon receipt of a nomination or self-nomination, Losget Academy reviews the artist’s materials and, where the preliminary assessment is positive, issues an invitation letter to the candidate.
1.2 Independently of nominations, the Academy may also proactively identify suitable candidates through public channels and issue invitation letters.

2. Actions Upon Receipt of an Invitation

2.1 If you are interested in the invitation, first consult Master Membership Benefits as published on the official website.
2.2 If you intend to accept, proceed to the Admission Steps page and complete all required actions as directed.

3. Sender and Verification

3.1 To ensure that your invitation is authentic, verify that it was sent only via the following official channels:

 (a) Official contact email: aa500@losget.org

 (b) Official social media accounts:

3.2 Only messages originating exactly from the channels listed in 3.1 shall be treated as authentic invitations.

4. Supplementary Provisions

4.1 Invitation ≠ Admission. An invitation reflects a strong assessment of potential; final admission remains subject to process completion, further review, and mutual consent.
4.2 Privacy and copyright. Links to works submitted or referenced for review are used solely for internal assessment prior to the formal conferral of Master Membership and are not otherwise used or disclosed.
4.3 Anti-fraud. The Academy does not charge any “expedite,” “internal referral,” or “guarantee” fees beyond those listed on the official website, and has not established or authorized any third-party intermediaries to select members. If you encounter suspicious activity, please verify or report it to aa500@losget.org.
