Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 6 November 2025
1. Service for Headquarters
Volunteers contribute to the maintenance, development, and advancement of the Art Ark 500 Program operated by Losget Academy, through activities such as website maintenance, social media management, fundraising, promotion, writing, and design. The Academy may announce specific volunteer openings at any time as operational needs arise. Volunteers may also register their skills in advance to be included in the Academy’s volunteer talent pool, from which they may be called upon as needed.
2. Service for Master Members
2.1 Model Volunteers: Including portrait models and life models.
2.2 Work Assistants: Assisting Master Members in activities directly related to artistic creation, teaching, or exhibition preparation (not involving participation in the creative content itself).
2.3 Domestic Assistants: Providing lawful daily-life assistance to Master Members—such as cleaning, shopping, or cooking—within the limits permitted by local law.
3. Eligibility and Review
3.1 Jurisdictional Restrictions: In some jurisdictions, certain categories of persons (e.g., foreign nationals or minors) may be restricted from engaging in work, even when the activity is volunteer service. Each prospective volunteer shall confirm their own eligibility under local rules and refrain from participating where such restrictions apply.
3.2 License Requirements: If a particular type of service requires a professional license under local law, the volunteer must hold the corresponding valid license, even when providing the service on an unpaid basis.
3.3 Approval: All volunteers must be reviewed and approved by Losget Academy before being formally recognized and authorized to begin service.
4. Health and Conduct Requirements
Volunteers shall be free of infectious diseases, severe mental disorders, or violent tendencies, and must demonstrate basic social etiquette and professional ethics. Losget Academy does not proactively conduct background or health checks, but each volunteer is expected to ensure they meet these requirements in good faith.
5. Public Disclosure and Recordkeeping
5.1 The official website of Losget Academy shall list all volunteers who have completed verified service (volunteers listed in the internal talent pool but without active service records shall not be made public).
5.2 The website shall display the status and cumulative service hours of each active volunteer.
5.3 Each volunteer with verified records shall have an individual webpage on the official site. Upon completion of service, volunteers may include the webpage link or screenshot of their verified service record in their personal résumé.
5.4 If further certification is required, a volunteer may request an official service verification document from Losget Academy.
6. Volunteer Protection and Compliance
6.1 All volunteers must confirm that they have read and agreed to the Individual Volunteer Protection Regulations before beginning any service.
6.2 All volunteer activities must comply with local laws, public order, and ethical standards.
6.3 Volunteers shall not engage in any activities that are illegal, dangerous, or contrary to another person’s will.
