3.5 Media and outreach support: including press coverage, independent-media promotion, social communication, and community-based or offline publicity campaigns.
4.1 All donated materials shall be distributed equitably and sent directly by the donor institution to the receiving Master Member to ensure full transparency.
4.2 Donor institutions shall simultaneously provide Losget Academy with:
a. Photographic documentation of the preparation and dispatch of donated materials;
b. Delivery or tracking records verifying shipment or handover.
4.3 Such documentation shall be permanently published on the official website of Losget Academy to ensure transparency, authenticity, and traceability of all donations.

5.3 Right of disclosure: Donor institutions may mention their contributions in organizational profiles, historical records, promotional materials, or when participating in media interviews, provided that such references do not constitute advertising, endorsement, or commercial promotion.
5.4 Tax guidance:
a. Within the United States, donations that meet the non-profit and non-commercial criteria are eligible for federal income-tax deduction under applicable law. In certain states, resident taxpayers may also qualify for state-level income-tax deduction or credit for qualified charitable contributions, subject to that state’s laws and requirements.
b. Donor institutions outside the United States shall verify with their national tax authorities whether donations made to a U.S.-based non-profit organization may receive equivalent tax-deduction recognition in their own jurisdictions.
6.1 All partner institutions must be legally registered and currently operating. Where specific activities require special permits or licenses, such authorizations must be valid and current.
6.2 Professional services involving regulated activities (e.g., medical, transport, or security services) must be carried out by licensed professionals.
6.3 All cooperation must remain voluntary, non-remunerative, and lawful. Any reimbursement or cost subsidy must receive prior written authorization from Losget Academy.
6.4 All partnerships are conditioned upon full compliance with laws, regulations, and public ethical standards applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

b. The intended services or support types to be offered;
c. The geographical areas where support can be provided;
d. The time period or frequency of the proposed engagement.
7.3 Losget Academy shall conduct a preliminary review, assess mutual needs, and confirm compliance and suitability.
7.4 Qualified institutions shall sign the Confirmation of Institutional Volunteer Partnership, upon which they will be formally integrated into the Academy’s volunteer system with permanent historical registration and publication.
7.5 The time contributions and material support provided will serve as the basis for issuing an official certificate of public-service participation, which shall also be permanently published on the official website of Losget Academy.
