Application Guidelines

1. Admission Pathways and Submission Protocol

1.1 Admission to Master Membership may occur through self-nomination, third-party nomination, or direct invitation from Losget Academy.
1.2 Any individual may recommend or self-nominate a candidate by sending the candidate’s Facebook personal-profile link (which must include samples of artistic work) and email address to the Art Ark 500 Program official contact email: aa500@losget.org.
 1.2.1 To prevent computer viruses, Losget Academy does not open email attachments.
 1.2.2 Please do not include attached files. If images are necessary, insert artwork or personal photos directly into the body of the email.

2. Preliminary Selection and Invitation

2.1 Losget Academy will issue a formal invitation letter to candidates who successfully pass the preliminary selection.

3. Governance and Binding Version

3.1 All policies, rules, and disciplinary provisions of the Art Ark 500 Program are governed by the content published on the official website.
3.2 Such content is subject to continuous refinement, and the latest online version shall prevail.
3.3 Applicants must confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the relevant terms prior to applying, and acknowledge Losget Academy’s right to update its online content.

4. Withdrawal and Refunds

4.1 If a member finds subsequent updates inconsistent with their expectations, the member may withdraw at any time.
4.2 Upon withdrawal, the Academy will refund the unused portion of the annual fee, calculated on a pro-rata basis of USD 1 per day.

5. Selection Policy and Term Structure

5.1 Losget Academy implements a dynamic, merit-based selection policy to maintain the best-suited composition of Master Membership for the Art Ark 500 Program.
5.2 All active members, as well as qualified candidates who could not be admitted due to capacity limits, are subject to periodic review.
5.3 Each Master Membership is granted for a one-year term.
5.4 Upon expiration, self-renewal is not permitted.
5.5 At term end, the member is automatically placed into the candidate pool.
5.6 Only upon receipt of a new invitation letter and payment code issued by Losget Academy may the member remit the fee for the subsequent annual term.
5.7 Unsolicited renewal payments will not be accepted.

6. Discretion and Evaluation Criteria

6.1 All selection and renewal decisions are made solely at the discretion of Losget Academy.
6.2 The Academy is not obliged to provide reasons for declining to issue a new invitation.
6.3 Candidate rankings are not prioritized by order of application.
6.4 Selections are based on the painting images on record at the time of review and on the degree to which the Art Ark 500 Program aligns with each candidate’s artistic development.

7. Agency-Represented Artists

7.1 Artists represented by an agency must have their agent handle the application.
7.2 The agent must first provide public proof of representation (submission of the agency contract is not required).
7.3 Any artist who conceals such representation and contacts Losget Academy directly, causing conflict between parties, shall have their candidacy or membership revoked.
