Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 6 November 2025
1. Nature of Cooperation
1.1 The Art Ark 500 Program co-branding initiative is a global partnership framework centered on art–brand co-creation.
1.2 Cooperation is based on arms-length commercial collaboration, aiming to revive and internationally promote traditional hand-drawn art through brand joint promotion and in-kind product support.
1.3 This initiative is non-donative and non-sponsorship in nature; the parties cooperate as co-branding peers at the brand level to create mutual value.
1.4 The model does not involve tax deductibility; it is structured around product experience + brand co-creation + public-interest communication.
2. Objectives
2.1 Advance the arts publicly: Expand the international visibility of the Art Ark 500 Program through co-branding and strengthen global recognition of the value of hand-drawn art.
2.2 Mutual value creation: The co-brand partner may serve as a designated periodic supporter of painting materials for Master Members, gaining vivid exposure and professional endorsement within the global art community.
2.3 Public-interest positioning: Embed messages of art preservation and cultural stewardship in co-branded products and communications to shape a brand image with international vision and social responsibility.
3. Forms of Cooperation
3.1 Parallel brand display: Co-branded products may display the partner’s mark together with the phrase “Co-Branded with Art Ark 500” and the Art Ark 500 logo, as well as reasonable promotional copy referencing Art Ark 500 elements.
3.2 Public-interest communication: Product packaging may include Art Ark 500 public-interest messaging or donation appeals, aligning commercial growth with public-benefit contributions.
3.3 Packaging approvals: All packaging copy requires prior approval by the Art Ark 500 design function to ensure accuracy and authenticity in commercial communications.
3.4 Official listings: Losget Academy will list co-brand partners on the official website, exhibitions, and publications, and may display the partner’s website link, product summaries, and sales links.
3.5 Master Member participation: If individual or collective Master Member participation (e.g., endorsements or promotions) is contemplated, the Academy shall first reach preliminary intent with the partner and then consult the relevant Master Members.
4. Suitable Product Categories
4.1 Art creation: pigments, paper, canvas, brushes, easels, palettes, mounting tools, plein-air gear, studio furniture, professional lighting, and related items.
4.2 Fashion & lifestyle aesthetics: apparel, luggage, accessories, fragrances, cosmetics, eyewear, home design objects, ceramics, textiles, premium writing instruments, stationery, art journals, commemorative gift sets.
4.3 Technology & design integration: high-end displays, digital drawing aids, art projection devices, smart frames, creative peripherals, customized gifts.
4.4 Luxury & collectible: jewelry, timepieces, fine leather goods, collectible art derivatives, limited-edition art co-brand series.
5. Brand Display and Compliance
5.1 Compliance obligation: All co-branded products and related communications must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and public order and decency in the relevant jurisdictions.
5.2 Ethical baseline: The parties undertake to cooperate on the principles of legality, propriety, and respect for culture and human dignity.
6. Partner Benefits and Consideration
6.1 Benefits and reciprocal arrangements shall be planned and negotiated bilaterally case by case, proportionate to the scope and scale of cooperation.
7. Tax and Legal Statement
7.1 The cooperation is a commercial co-branding arrangement; it does not constitute a donation, sponsorship, or advertising purchase.
7.2 Each party is an independent entity and shall assume its own tax obligations and maintain accounts in accordance with its home-country accounting standards.
7.3 Both parties shall comply with applicable laws and regulations and recognized international business ethics.
8. Coordination for Uses Involving Master Member Works
8.1 Unified rights coordination: Any co-branding that involves use of Master Member artworks (including paintings, signatures, likenesses, images, etc.) shall be coordinated centrally by Losget Academy under the Art Ark 500 Program to ensure copyright, attribution, and scope of use are lawful and compliant.
9. Direct Corporate–Master Member Collaborations
9.1 If a company engages directly with an individual Master Member (e.g., commercial endorsements, image/likeness use, bespoke creation, joint promotion) without Losget Academy’s involvement, the Academy does not interfere; such collaboration represents only the corporate partner and that Master Member, and does not represent participation or endorsement by Losget Academy.
9.2 In such collaborations, the Master Member may identify themselves as an “Art Ark 500 Master Member”, but shall not imply or claim that Losget Academy is a party or a co-branding partner, nor use the Academy’s name, logo, or other identifiers.
9.3 Losget Academy does not participate in revenue allocation for such private collaborations and assumes no commercial or legal liability arising therefrom.
10. Visibility and Recordation
10.1 Only co-branding projects formally contracted with Losget Academy may be recorded, announced, or otherwise promoted on the Academy’s official website, publications, exhibitions, events, or other channels.
10.2 Corporate projects conducted privately with an individual Master Member (outside the Academy framework) are neither interfered with nor recorded/announced by the Academy.
11. Cooperation and Contact
11.1 We welcome enterprises with cultural vision, brand design capability, and social responsibility to participate in Art Ark 500 co-branding.
