Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 5 November 2025
1.1 Each Master Member shall review all website-published policies and rules related to Master Membership and remain current with the most recent updates.
1.2 By joining as a Master Member, the individual acknowledges, consents to, and agrees to comply with all rules and disciplinary provisions published on this website.
2.1 Losget Academy respects the creative freedom of each Master Member. However, any work submitted for publication, exhibition, or sale under the Art Ark 500 Program or any activity organized by Losget Academy must comply with the following content restrictions:
(a) No explicit advocacy of anti-human or inhumane ideologies;
(b) No violence or sexual content beyond the limits permitted by law;
(c) No inappropriate depictions involving minors;
(d) No material that incites hatred, discrimination, or criminal behavior, or otherwise violates universal moral and legal standards.
3.1 If a Master Member engages in racial discrimination, hate speech, religious persecution, or abuse of minors, as established by conclusive evidence or a final court judgment, Losget Academy shall immediately revoke that individual’s Master Membership.
3.2 If a Master Member is found guilty by a court of law of committing a crime involving intentional malice or moral culpability, such as murder, rape, fraud, or other willful criminal acts, the Master Membership shall be immediately and permanently revoked upon confirmation of the final court judgment.
3.3 Legal penalties not arising from intentional wrongdoing, such as court-declared bankruptcy or debt-related imprisonment, shall not affect the continuity of Master Membership. Individuals serving a prison sentence for such non-malicious reasons shall not be subject to discrimination by Losget Academy.
3.4 Civil or administrative penalties resulting from court judgments unrelated to intentional moral harm against others shall likewise not affect the continuity of Master Membership.
4.1 In any artwork transaction facilitated or endorsed by Losget Academy, the following behaviors constitute serious violations leading to immediate termination of Master Membership:
(a) Submission of falsified works or misrepresentation of reproductions as originals, unless all parties have explicitly agreed in advance that the transaction is a reproduction sale and such nature is clearly identified in all related records and materials;
(b) Where, due to the actions or fault of the Master Member, a confirmed transaction cannot be executed as agreed, resulting in significant damage to the reputation or credibility of Losget Academy.
(c) Any other act of fraud, deceit, or dishonesty.
5.1 If a Master Member is proven—through conclusive evidence or a final legal judgment—to have engaged in plagiarism, ghostwriting, impersonation, or misappropriation of another’s work, Losget Academy shall permanently terminate the Master Membership without eligibility for reinstatement.
6.1 Artists represented by galleries or management agencies shall conduct all communications with Losget Academy exclusively through their assigned agent at all stages, including all matters related to Master Membership and program participation; Losget Academy will not communicate directly with the artist.
6.2 Concealing such agency relationships or initiating direct communication with Losget Academy, if resulting in conflict or dispute, shall lead to immediate disqualification from candidacy.
7.1 When receiving assistance from volunteers affiliated with Losget Academy, each Master Member shall respect the dignity and consent of the volunteers and shall not engage in any form of harassment, abuse, intimidation, coercion, or unlawful restriction of personal freedom.
7.2 If a Master Member is held legally liable for such conduct, Losget Academy shall permanently revoke the Master Membership without the possibility of reinstatement.
8.1 If any published work is later proven—by conclusive evidence or legal judgment—to contain violations or falsifications, Losget Academy reserves the right to take the following actions:
(a) Revoke the Master Membership;
(b) Remove the infringing works from all subsequent editions of related publications (previously sold copies will not be recalled);
(c) If removal reduces an Artist Monograph publication to fewer than forty (40) works, the Master Member must provide additional works to reach forty (40) before reissue;
(d) If the Master Member cannot provide replacement works, sales of the Artist Monograph publication shall be suspended until the required number is reached;
(e) If the Master Member elects to permanently terminate the sale of the Artist Monograph publication, any publication fees already paid shall be non-refundable.
8.2 Losget Academy reserves the right to publicly disclose the reasons for termination of Master Membership.
8.3 Losget Academy further reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages or reputational harm caused to the organization, its collective membership, or its donors.
9.1 This Code of Conduct is issued, interpreted, and amended by Losget Academy.
9.2 Losget Academy reserves the right to immediately revoke the Master Membership of any individual whose actions violate this Code or damage the reputation of the Academy, without prior notice.
