Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 5 November 2025
1.1 Losget Academy shall initiate fundraising activities through multiple legitimate and compliant channels, including, without limitation, the Collective Creation Fund for all active Master Members under the Art Ark 500 Program.
1.2 Per‑capita distributions from the Collective Creation Fund shall ordinarily be made on one business day selected by the Academy during the final week of each calendar month and only if, at the time of allocation, both of the following conditions are satisfied:
(a) the aggregate amount then available in the Collective Creation Fund for per‑capita distribution exceeds 1,000 U.S. dollars; and
(b) the total number of active Master Members exceeds one hundred (100).
If one or both of the above conditions are not satisfied for a given month, no per‑capita distribution shall be made from the Collective Creation Fund for that month, and the portion of the fund designated for per‑capita distribution shall continue to be accumulated and carried forward until a month in which both conditions in this Section 1.2 are met.
1.3 The threshold mechanism described in Section 1.2 is intended to ensure that donations to the Collective Creation Fund are used to benefit a broad constituency of Master Members and are not disproportionately concentrated on a limited number of individual members, thereby better reflecting the intention of donors who wish to support the Master Member community as a whole.
1.4 In addition to the Collective Creation Fund, the Academy may establish other designated donation projects for distinct purposes. Each such project shall be governed by its own published terms. Where the specific terms of a designated donation project differ from the general provisions of Sections 2 and 3 of this Policy, the specific project terms shall apply.
2.1 Collective Creation Fund Donations. With respect to any amount allocated from the Collective Creation Fund pursuant to Section 1.2, 80 percent shall be distributed in equal shares to all active Master Members registered at the time of distribution, and 20 percent shall be retained by Losget Academy for management and development purposes.
2.2 Designated Donations. For designated donations made via a Master Member’s profile link, 80 percent shall be transferred to that Master Member, and 20 percent shall be retained by the Academy for management and development purposes.
2.3 Disbursement Method. The Academy ordinarily remits via PayPal. Where PayPal‑to‑PayPal transfer is available, no transfer fee is expected; where PayPal is unavailable for the recipient and an alternative method (e.g., bank wire) is required, any transfer fees shall be deducted from the remittance amount.
2.4 Taxes. Any and all tax obligations arising from payments or distributions under this policy shall be the sole responsibility of the recipient, who shall handle all related filings and payments in accordance with applicable law. Losget Academy shall not be responsible for withholding, reporting, or paying such taxes on behalf of any recipient, except to the extent expressly required by applicable law.
3.1 All donation transactions and distribution details shall be promptly updated and permanently disclosed on the official website.
3.2 For more information, refer to Donation Disclosure on the official website.
4.1 Losget Academy undertakes to conduct all fundraising activities with best efforts and in accordance with applicable standards of integrity and compliance.
4.2 Actual fundraising outcomes depend solely on donor willingness and public participation; the Academy makes no guarantee of specific fundraising results.
