Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 5 November 2025
1. Purpose and Partnerships
1.1 To support the sustained artistic creation of Master Members under the Art Ark 500 Program, Losget Academy shall proactively engage with manufacturers of art supplies and tools to seek in-kind support through donations, sponsorships, or brand collaboration agreements.
1.2 Such partnerships aim to provide Master Members with physical supplies, equipment, and related resources that facilitate their creative work, teaching, and exhibition activities.
2. Use and Allocation
2.1 All received art supplies and tools shall be distributed, with priority, to Master Members for their own use in creative, educational, and exhibition activities.
2.2 Distribution shall adhere to the principles of fairness, transparency, and traceability, with full disclosure throughout the allocation process.
3. Information Disclosure
3.1 All donations and established brand collaborations shall be publicly announced on the official website, together with summary information of the related projects.
3.2 Confidentiality. Disclosures under 3.1 shall exclude confidential or proprietary information, including contract-confidential terms, personal data, and commercially sensitive details.
4. Use of Master Member IP
4.1 Scope of IP. For purposes of this section, a Master Member’s IP includes the Master Member’s artworks, name, likeness (portrait, image, or voice), and any other legally protected personal or creative attributes.
4.2 Commercial Use Requiring Consent. When Losget Academy or its partners intend to use any individual Master Member’s IP directly for commercial purposes—including advertising, endorsement, product labeling, or merchandising—the written consent of the Master Member concerned shall be obtained in advance, and any associated revenue-sharing arrangements shall be agreed upon before implementation.
4.3 Commercial Collaborations Without Individual IP Use. Where a commercial partnership involves only the Art Ark 500 Program, collective branding, or the Academy’s institutional identity, and does not directly use any individual Master Member’s IP, no individual consent is required.
4.4 Public and Philanthropic Use of IP. In non-commercial or philanthropic initiatives—including donation campaigns, educational exhibitions, or public-interest promotions—the appearance or mention of a Master Member’s artworks, name, or likeness shall be regarded as a professional obligation associated with participation in the Art Ark 500 Program, and no separate consent is required. Such use shall remain consistent with the Academy’s nonprofit mission and respect the dignity of the Master Member.
4.5 Transparency. All uses of Master Member IP, whether commercial or philanthropic, shall comply with the Information Disclosure provisions on this page and shall exclude confidential or proprietary content.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 Losget Academy undertakes to make best efforts to secure the forms of art supply and brand support described above.
5.2 The actual results of these initiatives depend solely on the interest and willingness of participating manufacturers.
