Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.

1.1 Each Student Member may participate in at least one collective annual publication for Student Members each year.
1.2 Outstanding works may also be selected for inclusion in additional themed art volumes, such as landscape, portrait, or other subject-specific collections.
1.3 Each collective student volume shall include no more than 100 Student Members.
1.4 Royalty distribution shall follow the same method as applied to Master Members (see Collective Publication for details).
2.1 Each Student Member shall have a personal homepage on the official website of the Art Ark 500 Program.
2.2 The display format and content structure shall follow that of Master Members, with minor adaptations for Student Members.
3.1 Losget Academy shall designate the instrumental version of each mentor’s custom image song as the exclusive background music for all Student Members under that mentor.
3.2 This music may be used for promotional videos and other official displays of the Student Members’ artworks.
4.1 Each year, Losget Academy shall produce at least one collective short video for the group of Student Members recommended by each mentor, showcasing their artworks and portraits.
5.1 Student Members are not included as beneficiaries in general fundraising projects open to all members.
5.2 However, Losget Academy shall organize at least one dedicated student learning fund project each year to support Student Members.
5.3 Of the total donations received under such projects, 80% shall be distributed to the Student Members themselves, and 20% shall be allocated to the Losget Academy Management and Development Fund.
5.4 All donation income and expenditure records shall be permanently published on the official website for public reference.
5.5 Losget Academy undertakes only to make best efforts in fundraising; the actual results depend solely on donor participation and discretion.
6.1 Artworks by Student Members selected for the online gallery shall appear on their personal homepage and may also be featured in other exhibition sections of the official website.
6.2 All exhibited artworks may be offered for sale, with prices determined solely by their mentors.
6.3 Upon sale, Losget Academy shall collect full payment on behalf of the artist. After the buyer confirms receipt, Losget Academy shall transfer 80% of the total amount to the Student Member (less any transfer fees, with taxes borne by the recipient) and 10% to the mentor (less any transfer fees, with taxes borne by the recipient).
6.4 The remaining 10% shall be retained by Losget Academy as an agency fee.
6.5 The agency relationship of Losget Academy in artwork sales is non-exclusive and does not restrict Student Members from selling their artworks through other channels.
6.6 Losget Academy undertakes only to make best efforts in promoting the display and sale of artworks; actual transactions depend on buyers’ interest.
7.1 When a Student Member attains the artistic and professional standard required for Master Member qualification, Losget Academy may issue a formal invitation letter for Master Membership to the mentor, who shall convey it to the student.
8.1 Losget Academy is seeking donations or partnerships to establish a permanent museum dedicated to exhibiting artworks of Master Members.
8.2 Outstanding works by Student Members may also be selected for exhibition and sale in the museum.
8.3 Exhibited artworks may be offered for sale, with prices determined by the mentors.
8.4 Upon the opening of the museum, a formal commission schedule shall be established, ensuring that the majority of proceeds go to the artists.
8.5 Losget Academy undertakes only to make best efforts toward the establishment of the museum; the outcome depends on donors and partners.
