Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 4 November 2025
1.1 Losget Academy, through an integrated framework of publication, exhibition, promotion, and honorary recognition, is committed to enhancing the visibility and influence of each hand-painting master participating in the Art Ark 500 Program.
1.2 To that end, the Academy delivers ongoing support through art-book publication, online exhibitions, short-video production and promotion, artwork sales facilitation, and donation initiatives.
1.3 The Academy further develops volunteer service programs to strengthen the artistic ecosystem and promotes the establishment of a permanent museum dedicated to hand-painted artworks.
1.4 The Academy’s guiding principle remains constant: to ensure that hand-painted works of vitality and artistic life are seen, appreciated, and historically recorded.
2.1 Annual Compilation Volumes. Each Master Member is entitled to participate in at least two collective publication rounds per membership year.
2.2 Thematic Collections. Outstanding works may be selected for additional thematic albums published on an occasional basis (e.g., Landscape Collection, Portrait Collection).
2.3 Per-Volume Capacity. Each compilation volume shall include no more than 100 Master Members so that each artist’s work can receive meaningful visibility and editorial space. Where 500 Master Members are enrolled, the Academy will publish five separate volumes, each including 100 artists, rather than a single consolidated volume. This approach increases per-artist prominence, even though it requires additional editorial and publishing resources from the Academy.
2.4 Royalty Distribution. All artists included in the specific compilation volume shall share royalties equally on a per-capita basis.
3.1 Each Master Member may receive voluntary support from designated volunteers, such as painting models, art studio assistants, or domestic assistants.
3.2 Volunteer recruitment is conducted on a best-efforts basis; actual results depend on volunteer availability and willingness. (See Volunteer Recruitment for details.)
4.1 Each Master Member may recommend up to five students per year for Student Membership.
4.2 Each Student Member shall have at least one artwork included annually in the collective student album publication.
4.3 From among the Master Member’s nominees whose works have passed compliance review under Losget Academy’s Artwork Requirements, the Master Member retains sole discretion to designate which nominated students are admitted as Student Members. (See Student Membership for details.)
4.4 Each Master Member bears a professional mentorship responsibility for their Student Members. In student publications, the name of the supervising Master Member shall be clearly indicated.
5.1 Losget Academy shall create an official personal profile page for each Master Member on the Art Ark 500 Program website. The profile shall display basic information including the member’s name, portrait, artworks, and city of residence.
5.2 Members may also add links to their personal websites, social media accounts, and may indicate contact information for themselves or their agents.
5.3 The Academy shall not include information related to age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or political affiliation, nor shall it include any details regarding personal identity, professional titles, or career achievements.
5.4 However, Members may choose to list any formally published works, regardless of whether such publications are related to the Art Ark 500 Program. For this purpose, “formally published works” refer to materials bearing internationally recognized identifiers appropriate to their format, including:
ISBN (International Standard Book Number), for printed or digital books and art albums;
ISSN (International Standard Serial Number), for periodicals, journals, or serialized publications;
ISRC (International Standard Recording Code), for audio recordings and music tracks;
UPC/EAN (Universal Product Code / European Article Number), for officially released CDs, DVDs, and other retail media products;
ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number), for audiovisual works such as films, animations, and video art;
DOI (Digital Object Identifier), for scholarly articles, academic publications, and certain electronic media.
Members may also choose to provide links to external online sales pages or promotional webpages associated with these published works. Only materials bearing the above identifiers shall be considered eligible for listing as formally published works.
6.1 Losget Academy will produce an original short personal theme song for each Master Member, to be used in contexts related to the promotion of their artworks—such as serving as background music for promotional short videos and similar presentations.
6.2 The Master Member, along with their spouse, children, and descendants, is granted—throughout the validity of the membership—the right to perform and release this personal theme song in live or media formats.
7.1 Each year, the Academy will produce at least one short video for each Master Member, highlighting one representative artwork.
7.2 The video shall incorporate the member’s personal theme song as background music, feature the artist’s works and related images, and be published through Losget Academy’s official platforms and partner media.
7.3 The Master Member shall receive a copy of the video and full authorization to share it on personal social media.
7.4 Additionally, each year, the Academy shall produce at least one collective video for the group of Student Members recommended by each Master Member.
8.1 Losget Academy conducts legitimate fundraising activities primarily for the purpose of raising collective creation funds and may establish additional targeted donation projects as needed.
8.2 Each Master Member shall have a default personal donation link on their profile page to receive donations earmarked for that member (member-designated donations).
8.3 Distribution of funds:
(a) For collective creation funds, 80% of proceeds shall be equally distributed among all Master Members, and 20% shall be retained as the Academy’s Management and Development Fund.
(b) For donations specifically designated for an individual Master Member, 80% of the donated amount shall be transferred solely to that Master Member, and 20% shall be retained as the Academy’s Management and Development Fund.
8.4 Transaction details and all donation records shall be publicly disclosed on the official website in perpetuity. (See Donation Disclosure for details.)
8.5 Fundraising is conducted on a best-efforts basis; actual results depend on donor willingness.
9.1 Selected artworks of each Master Member shall be displayed on their personal profile page and may also appear in other official online exhibitions.
9.2 All exhibited works are available for sale; pricing shall be determined solely by the artist.
9.3 Upon sale, Losget Academy will receive payment from the buyer and, after confirmation of delivery, transfer 90% of the sale amount to the artist (less any applicable transfer fees or taxes). The remaining 10% shall be retained as a service commission.
9.4 The Academy’s agency for artwork sales is non-exclusive; Master Members may freely sell their works through any other channels.
9.5 Losget Academy undertakes to promote artworks to the best of its ability; actual sales depend on buyer interest. (See Artwork Exhibition for details.)
10.1 Losget Academy operates the publishing imprint Losget Press, the official publisher of the Art Ark 500 Program.
10.2 Each year, Losget Press offers 50 discounted opportunities—at 50% of the standard publication fee—for eligible Master Members to produce an artist monograph.
10.3 Members may earn Publication Points to offset publication costs.
10.4 All initial royalties shall accrue fully to the artist until the artist’s actual publication costs are fully recouped (including any portions offset by points).
10.5 Thereafter, further sales income shall be distributed as follows:
(a) Author: 80%
(b) Losget Academy: 10%
(c) Losget Press: 10%
(See Artist Monograph Publication for complete terms.)
11.1 Losget Academy seeks donations and partnerships to establish a permanent art museum exclusively for the exhibition of Master Members’ works, with a dedicated smaller section featuring selected works by Student Members.
11.2 Displayed works may be offered for sale at artist-determined prices.
11.3 Commission standards for sales conducted through the art museum shall be determined upon opening, under the principle that the artist retains the primary share of proceeds.
11.4 Losget Academy undertakes to make best efforts toward realizing the art museum plan; success depends on donor and partner participation. (See Art Museum for details.)
12.1 Each Master Member may list desired collaboration opportunities on their official Art Ark 500 profile page—such as publication, exhibition, or gallery representation interests.
12.2 Members may choose whether to display personal contact information, social media accounts, or external website links on their profile.
12.3 All member profile pages are integral components of the Art Ark 500 official website and are curated and edited by Losget Academy. They are not personal social-media pages.
13.1 Losget Academy maintains no exclusive agency relationship with any Master Member or Student Member.
13.2 Members remain free to sign with galleries, publishers, or other entities independently.
14.1 Master Members who receive special recognition from Losget Academy may be awarded additional publication benefits. For example, each year’s Person of the Year shall receive an opportunity for a full Artist Monograph publication.
14.2 Other award programs shall be announced in due course on the official website.
15.1 Posthumous Honorary Status.
If a Master Member passes away during an active membership term, the individual shall be permanently recognized as a Lifetime Honorary Master Member. No further membership fees shall be required. A dedicated memorial page shall be established on the official website in perpetuity. The deceased member’s eligibility to receive creation-related donations shall continue, with such donations transferred to the member’s legal heirs or estate representatives. All previously published or exhibited artworks may continue to participate in publications, exhibitions, and sales under the same conditions applicable to active Master Members, including royalties and sales revenue distributions, which shall likewise be transferred to that member’s legal heirs or estate representatives.
Exclusion. Deaths occurring in the course of perpetrating a criminal act—for example, being killed by a victim acting in self-defense, or death directly or indirectly resulting from the use of locally prohibited narcotics or other controlled substances—are ineligible for this benefit. As the deceased is not subject to prosecution, the characterization of such conduct shall be determined on the basis of established facts rather than a court judgment.
15.2 Permanent Honorary Status for Disability.
If a Master Member becomes permanently unable to continue painting—such as through loss of vision, loss of both hands, or severe brain injury—the individual shall be permanently recognized as a Lifetime Honorary Master Member. No further membership fees shall be required.
The member shall retain eligibility to receive creation-related donations, and all previously created artworks may continue to participate in publications, exhibitions, and sales, receiving royalties and revenue shares on the same terms as active Master Members.
