Art Ark 500 is evolving; plans are implemented and continuously improved. The latest updates shall prevail.
Date of Last Revision: 5 November 2025
1.1 Each Master Member may initiate volunteer recruitment through Losget Academy to support their artistic work.
1.2 Master Members may also recommend potential volunteers they have identified independently; such candidates shall be admitted into the volunteer system upon approval by Losget Academy.
2.1 Models: including portrait and life models.
2.2 Work Assistants: assisting artists with tasks directly related to creation or teaching.
2.3 Domestic Assistants: providing daily living assistance—such as cleaning, organizing, or shopping—within the limits permitted by local rules.
2.4 Professional Qualifications: where a specific type of service is regulated and requires professional certification, volunteers must hold the appropriate qualifications even when serving in an unpaid capacity.
3.1 All volunteers must be formally reviewed and registered by Losget Academy before commencing service.
3.2 Each approved volunteer shall receive an official volunteer identification number, which will be published on the Academy’s official website.
3.3 Volunteer participation does not constitute an employment relationship and does not involve wages. Any reimbursement for transportation, meals, or materials shall be arranged privately between the Master Member and the volunteer; Losget Academy shall not intervene.
3.4 Losget Academy shall protect the personal privacy of all volunteers. Only essential information—such as the list of approved volunteers and verified work records—shall be publicly disclosed. All other personal data shall remain confidential.
3.5 Each volunteer must read and sign the Volunteer Protection Guidelines before commencing service.
4.1 Each Master Member may receive up to 720 total volunteer service hours per membership year.
4.2 Each Master Member may receive service from no more than 12 different volunteers per membership year.
4.3 Master Members shall not, under any circumstances, coerce volunteers into tasks beyond their consent or previously agreed terms.
5.1 Each original work-hour record must be signed by both the Master Member and the volunteer.
5.2 Losget Academy’s official website shall display updated volunteer lists, current service status, and cumulative hour counts.
5.3 A website screenshot normally suffices as proof of volunteer identity and recorded hours. If an additional certificate is required, it may be requested separately from Losget Academy.
6.1 All volunteer activities must be conducted in full alignment with local labor-protection rules.
6.2 Any required licenses, periodic inspections, or insurance coverage shall be obtained in accordance with applicable rules.
6.3 Life-modeling or other sensitive sessions shall comply with local requirements—for example, certain jurisdictions may require the presence of a third person.
6.4 Any paid employment arrangements fall outside the scope of this volunteer framework. If a volunteer separately undertakes paid services, such hours and performance shall not count toward volunteer service records.
6.5 Eligibility Restrictions by Jurisdiction. In some jurisdictions, certain categories of persons (e.g., foreign nationals or minors) may be restricted from working, even when the activity is volunteer work. Each prospective volunteer shall confirm their own eligibility under local rules and refrain from participating where such restrictions apply.
