Art Ark 500 Master Membership Fee

One-year membership fee for Master Members
Valid for 1 year from the date of payment.

Payment is restricted to applicants who have received an official Invitation Letter and payment code issued by Losget Academy.

1. Fee Standard

1.1 The annual fee for a Master Member of Losget Academy shall be USD 365 per year, effective for 1 year from the date of payment.

2. Renewal Policy

2.1 Renewal Policy Basis. Losget Academy operates a renewal policy based on its ongoing evaluation of active Master Members and the candidate waiting list.
2.2 Renewal Eligibility. Master Members are not permitted to renew independently; only those who receive an Invitation Letter issued by Losget Academy are eligible to pay the subsequent annual fee.
2.3 Issuance Timeline. Losget Academy typically issues Invitation Letters approximately 1 month prior to the expiration of the current term.
2.4 Pre-Expiry Payment Window and Reminder Policy. Upon receipt of the Invitation Letter and payment code, a Master Member may pay the annual fee online on any day prior to the expiration of the current Master Membership term. As a matter of courtesy, Losget Academy does not send reminders or other follow-ups urging payment after sending the Invitation Letter.
2.5 Grace Period. If the annual fee is paid within 15 calendar days after the expiration date, the payment shall still be accepted; however, related benefits specified under Section 4 shall not apply.
2.6 Nonpayment Beyond Grace Period. If payment remains outstanding beyond 15 calendar days after expiration, the Master Membership shall be automatically terminated and is not eligible for reinstatement.

3. Tax Treatment

3.1 The Master Membership fee constitutes program service revenue rather than a charitable contribution.
3.2 Accordingly, membership fees are not tax-deductible for the payer.
3.3 Losget Academy reports all such fee income as taxable revenue in full compliance with applicable legal and financial regulations.
3.4 No part of the membership fee shall be classified or receipted as a donation under any circumstance.

4. Refund and Termination of Membership

4.1 A Master Member may voluntarily withdraw from Master Membership at any time without providing a reason. Losget Academy likewise reserves the right to terminate any Master Membership at its sole discretion and without obligation to state a reason.
4.2 In all cases of withdrawal or termination, the annual membership fee shall be prorated at USD 1 per calendar day of active membership, and the remaining balance shall be refunded.
4.3 Any individual who has voluntarily withdrawn or has been expelled from Losget Academy shall not be eligible for reinstatement as a Master Member under any circumstance.

5. Publication Points

5.1 Definition. Publication Points are reward credits issued by Losget Academy to Master Members as part of the Art Ark 500 Program, used to support eligibility for Artist Monograph publication and other program benefits.
5.2 Award for Timely Renewal Payment. A Master Member who pays the annual fee before the expiration date of the current term shall receive an award of 1,000 Publication Points for the next membership year.
5.3 Forfeiture Upon Grace-Period Payment. If payment is made within 15 calendar days after the expiration date, no Publication Points are awarded.
5.4 Automatic Void upon Termination. Upon termination of Master Membership, all unused Publication Points recorded in the Master Member’s account shall be automatically voided.
