Student Member Application

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Recommendation System: Applicants for Student Member status must be recommended by a Master Member of Losget Academy and may not apply independently.
1.2 Mentorship Relationship: The recommending Master Member must have a teacher–student relationship with the applicant (either current or former) and shall consider the applicant capable of demonstrating the artistic and technical standard achieved through their instruction.
1.3 Minor Applicants: If the applicant is a minor, the recommending Master Member shall ensure that the applicant has obtained consent from their legal guardian.

2. Works and Submission Review

2.1 Annual Application: Student Member status must be renewed annually. Each application shall include at least one artwork image that meets publication standards.
2.2 Work Requirements: The works submitted by Student Members shall be subject to the same requirements as those of Master Members in terms of category, copyright, and originality.
2.3 Quality Endorsement: Losget Academy shall not conduct artistic evaluations of student works. The recommending Master Member shall assume full responsibility for the artistic quality, integrity, and endorsement of the submitted works.
2.4 Authenticity Guarantee: The recommending Master Member shall guarantee the authenticity of the applicant’s eligibility and supporting materials.

3. Quota Regulations

3.1 Each Master Member may recommend an unlimited number of students per year. However, no more than five recommended applicants under the same Master Member may ultimately be admitted as Student Members within the same year.
3.2 If the number of qualified applicants recommended by a single Master Member exceeds the annual admission limit, the recommending Master Member shall decide which five students will retain eligibility for admission.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 The annual fee for a Student Member is 180 USD, payable by the recommending Master Member on behalf of the student.
4.2 Losget Academy does not accept direct payment of membership fees from Student Members themselves.

5. Mentorship Administration

5.1 Within the framework of the Art Ark 500 Program, the recommending Master Member shall automatically serve as the mentor of their recommended Student Members.
5.2 On all web pages and publication pages where the name of a Student Member appears, the name of their mentor shall be indicated accordingly.
5.3 Losget Academy shall not directly communicate with Student Members. All notices and administrative matters concerning Student Members shall be conveyed and managed solely through their mentors.

6. Continuation of Eligibility

6.1 If the mentor’s Master Member qualification is terminated, all Student Members previously recommended by that mentor shall lose eligibility to apply for Student Member status in the following membership year upon expiration of the current term.

7. Personal Information

7.1 Data Policy: Losget Academy does not collect personal data such as nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, education, profession, title, or prior achievements.
7.2.1 Public Information:
    a. Current city of residence (including country to avoid confusion; this country reference indicates geographic location rather than nationality);
    b. Preferred artistic name and legal name;
    c. In cases where two members share the same name in the same city, additional identifying information may be requested;
    d. City of residence and one portrait image or portrait painting (of any period; photographs from minors are not accepted — minors must provide a portrait sketch drawn by their mentor instead).

7.2.2 Non-Public Information:
    a. Minor status (whether the member is a minor at the time of registration);
    b. A PayPal account for receiving royalty, donation, or artwork-sale payments and similar transfers; this information remains confidential. (For minors, the PayPal account of the legal guardian shall be used.)
